Second Chance Home Care Respite Services provide periodic, short-term breaks for caregivers of individuals with autism or other special needs. Such a break is beneficial for both caregivers and their loved ones, allowing a time of renewal and rest for the whole family. Our services lend a much-needed support to families and caregivers while broadening the social experience of the individuals with autism or other special needs. Our respite services are focused on the specific needs of the individual served and their family. These services can include personal care, assistance with the activities of daily living, and socialization skills. We serve individuals with autism and other special needs of all ages.

Second Chance’s care team includes a Autism Specialist/Autism Consultant who provides assessment, care planning, and oversees care.

Second Chance Home Care has taken a unique approach on providing respite services to families and caregivers in need. Along with our traditional respite services we have created a program for special needs children children ages 6-12. Families and caregivers can pre-register their loved ones and have the options of choosing by the day or by the week care.

Early Bird Session 7am-9am
Active Day Session 9am-3pm
Evening/Extended Day Session 3pm-7pm
